As part of the BTDG AGM this year we invited the Traveller Living History Project to reinact traditional Traveller life in the 1950s before the wave of assimilation policies that destroyed Traveller trades and traditions. Vincent Brown from TV3 attended and visited some of the sites in our area with us afterwards too.
